Certain parts of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The frequency of the Billing Cycle will be determined by the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. AT THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNDER THE EXACT SAME CONDITIONS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR PickAi, INC. CANCELS IT. To process the payment for your Subscription, a valid payment method, including credit card, is required. You shall provide PickAi with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you authorize PickAi to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method you provided. If automatic billing fails for any reason, PickAi will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually proceed with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice within a certain deadline date
PickAi may offer users the opportunity to participate in a referral program ("Referral Program") to encourage growth and reward loyal users. Any active paying PickAi subscriber with an account in good standing may participate by referring others using their unique referral link or QR code. A referral is considered successful when the referred user subscribes to a paid PickAi plan; free trial signups do not qualify. For each successful referral, the referring user will receive one free month of PickAi, applied to the same subscription tier (Core or Premium) and platform (iOS, Android, or Web) as their current subscription. Free months must be redeemed within 12 months of being issues and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Referral benefits only apply to the specific subscription tier and platform selected at the time of signup. PickAi may withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent behavior is suspected, including but not limited to shared payment methods, duplicate accounts, or use across multiple devices that appear to be the same user. PickAi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
From time to time, at our sole discretion, we may offer a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. ON THE LAST DAY OF THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD, UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR THE TYPE OF SUBSCRIPTION YOU HAVE SELECTED. At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to modify the subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any changes to the subscription fee will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We will provide you with prior notice to the email address you provided us before any change in subscription fees becomes effective. This notice will give you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before the change becomes effective. If you continue to use the Service after the subscription fee change comes into effect, you agree to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
